For over a decade, we’ve been at the forefront of healthcare interoperability, including a transformative six-year project with a large Health Information Exchange (HIE). During this time, we witnessed the significant challenges payers face in achieving seamless data exchange—not only with providers but also with patients, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and other entities relying on timely, accurate health information. We realized that solving interoperability isn’t just about technology; it’s about enabling the flow of knowledge across the healthcare ecosystem. This understanding inspired us to create our company: to break down barriers, simplify the transition to modern standards like FHIR, and empower payers to communicate more effectively with providers, patients, and beyond. The core of our mission is rooted in the belief that lack of understanding and knowledge should never be a barrier to progress. By tackling these challenges head-on, we aim to transform how healthcare organizations exchange information, making interoperability not just achievable but seamless.
